Henrik Moltke – Freelance journalist/activist (Berlin, Germany)

Moltke is a journalist, activist and geek. While studying in Copenhagen Moltke began working as a tech journalist at Harddisken and moved on to produce documentaries, TV, radio and web at DR. He worked for the UN in Central Asia, volunteered with Creative Commons as a country lead and firestarter, co-directed the documentary Good Copy Bad Copy and collaborated with Superflex on FREE BEER and advised businesses at Socialsquare. At the Mozilla Foundation, Moltke helped expanding the “Mozilla way” to new areas, such as arts and journalism in an effort to keep the web open. Recently, his focus has been on making radio and spoken audio a first class citizen of the web – searchable, hackable, and open – in collaboration with Radiolab and others. He is now working on a new documentary project. Moltke spends his free time discovering Berlin, on bicycles, gardening, reading, or in the ocean.
