REGISTRATION
Admission for the event is free and no registration is necessary. Just show up and join in!

LANGUAGE
All sessions are held in English unless noted.

INFORMATION CENTER
When approaching Platform4 and FormuLab you will see the glass entrance foyer of FormuLab. This 24-hour accessible room serves as information center during the conference and will feature maps of the complex, session and speaker information and updated schedules. So this is a good place to start your day at Platform4.0.Future Meeting Hub #1.

CREDITCARDS
All major creditcards are accepted in the Platform4 café.

DISABILITY ACCESS
Platform4 and FormuLab are situated in old industrial-age warehouse buildings and therefor unfortunately have limited access for wheelchairs.

PARKING
There are plenty of space for parking, which can be done anywhere in the area close to Platform4 and FormuLab. However, make sure not to park right outside the buildings’ door, as they serve as fire escapes.

FOOD
Our café has a limited amount of sandwiches for sale, but since they are made by a third-party vendors, they may run out depending on demand. However, in the café our staff can direct you to food outlets in the surrounding area.

For invited participants only:

CHECK-IN
Upon arrival please go directly to the Platform4 café (located in the red Platform4 building, facing the water). Here you will be checked in and our staff will give you your personal check-in envelope containing various materials including your name tag and key hanger, which you will be using for ao. the invited participant dinner as well as for networking purposes.

DINNER
For all invited participants and conference volunteers we’ll be serving a nice dinner buffet on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays evenings between 18h00 and 19h00. Dinner area is in Rooftop co-working space on the first floor of Platform4.

ACCOMMODATION
Those of you who are invited singularly will receive hotel info from us separately (if not, please write Christian on villum@platform4.dk). Those of you arriving as part of a group will have a coordinator who has arranged for accommodation.
In case of trouble, please let us know.

TECHNICAL COORDINATION
At each speaker-stage we’ll have projector and white board available. Should you need any other equipment, such as a PA for audio playback, please let us know immediately, so we can arrange for that. For participating groups in the mega-maker-lab each space will have 230V power strip available. Let us know if you need anything other than that.
