Speaker: Sune Petersen aka. Motorsaw
When: Sunday Sept 11, 13h00-14h00
International VJ and digital artist Sune Petersen unveils the secret of his approach to vjing and his ‘visuals instruments.’ While produced in vvvv, Sune’s work tends to have more noise, more texture, more soul and more subtle control than most VJ sets you’ll come across, whatever the software.
If you’re a digital artist curious about how vvvv is being used with your own materials, or a VJ interested in innovative approaches to creating a set this talk will be an eye-opener to many.
The evening will start with an introduction and a demonstration of Sune’s work, followed by an exploration of philosophy behind it and a chance to play + a Q&A. After the talk. Myself and others will be around to demo other vvvv projects and generally show off a bit.
